My name is Joel. I studied as a Production Electrician at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Followed by training as a Lighting Designer at Rose Bruford College.

With experience in both the technical and design realms I find myself quite often incorporating both roles into my job. I also work closely with other professional Lighting Designers as their associate designer on productions.

As well as working as an associate on large scale productions I also find myself designing on small scale / fringe productions which I enjoy the creativity and challenge behind!
